Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SuperCoolVibes / Dvijan Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile applications we develop and publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play (each, an “App”). It applies to all of our Apps. Because our Apps serve different purposes, the information collected depends on which App you use and which features you choose to use — some of our Apps collect no personal information at all, while others collect the limited information described below when you create an account or register for a program or event.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the App and the features you use, we may collect:

Account information. If an App offers accounts, we collect your name and email addresswhen you sign up with email and a password, or when you choose Sign in with Google. This is used to identify your account and keep you signed in.
Profile & registration information. If you register for an event or program, you may provide additional details such as your phone number and mailing address (street, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country), along with details about the people you are registering. We store this so we can complete your registration and pre-fill your details next time.
Payment information. If you make a payment (for example, an event registration fee), the transaction is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card number is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We retain a record of the transaction (such as amount, date, and a payment reference) for accounting and confirmation purposes.
Push notification token. If you enable push notifications, we receive a device notification token from Apple or Google so we can send you relevant updates (such as event reminders or community announcements). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
App usage & device information. We may collect limited, non-identifying information such as which screens and features are used, your selected app theme/appearance, app version, and general device and operating-system type. This is used only to keep the App stable and to guide improvements.

2. How We Use Information

To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
To process event or program registrations and payments, and to send you confirmations.
To pre-fill your saved details so you don’t have to re-enter them.
To send push notifications you have opted into.
To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run our Apps. They process information only as needed to provide their service to us:

Google Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication (including Sign in with Google) and secure data storage. See Firebase’s privacy information and the Google Privacy Policy.
Stripe — payment processing. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications (only if you enable them).

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate legal, tax, and accounting purposes. If an App lets you create an account, you can delete your account and associated personal information at any time from within the App (typically under Profile or Settings → Delete Account), or by emailing us at the address below. When you delete your account, your login is removed and you will no longer be able to sign in with it. Certain records that we are required to keep (for example, records of completed payments) may be retained in a form that no longer identifies you personally.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including transmitting data over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and relying on reputable providers such as Google Firebase and Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information associated with your account. The easiest way to delete your data is directly in the App (see Section 4). You may also contact us using the details below, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. International Users

Our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of an App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
